CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) homes are built from bespoke, pre-fabricated wall, floor and roof panels.

Precision engineered to be assembled quickly and easily, a typical detached house can be erected in as little as 3 to 4 days.

Each CLT panel is made from multiple cross directional layers of kiln dried spruce. This makes for a strong, durable and dimensionally stable component ready to be delivered and craned into position.

Openings for doors, windows, cables, sockets and pipes can all be pre-prepared during production, and a variety of raw, visible and luxury finishes are available.

CLT panels are naturally airtight yet breathable, allowing moisture to diffuse to and from the surrounding air, balancing humidity levels.

Combined with the right breathable insulation and finishes, CLT structures can help to keep interior climates comfortable throughout the year.
